  • Acta Botánica Cubana

    Acta Botánica Cubana is a scientific journal edited by the Environment Agency. Since 1980, it has published original articles on Cuban Botany topics and disseminated research results from various institutions. In 2016 it was published in its digital version with ISSN: 2519-7724 and RNPS: 2402. Currently, Continuous Publication (Rolling Pass) is used with the issuance of an annual issue.


    It presents the Certification seal of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA) that categorizes it as a Scientific - Technological Serial Publication. This seal accredits, throughout the national territory, the scientific-technological character of a serial publication and contributes to its international approval.


    The journal was submitted to an Evaluation Commission, which analyzes and controls compliance with the parameters that scientific publications in Cuba must meet, and which determined that the requirements set forth in resolution 59/2003 of the CITMA were met.

  • Poeyana

    POEYANA es una revista de acceso libre con ISSN: 2410-7492 y RNPS: 2403, que publica investigaciones relacionadas con las ciencias zoológicas en sentido amplio, de Cuba, el Caribe y otras regiones del Neotrópico. Fundada en 1964 en el antiguo Instituto de Zoología de la Academia de Ciencias de Cuba, es una de las revistas cubanas relacionadas con las ciencias naturales más longevas y de mayor prestigio del país. Desde 1986 es editada por el Instituto de Ecología y Sistemática, del Ministerio de Ciencias, Tecnología y Medio Ambiente (CITMA). Hasta la fecha la revista ha publicado más de 500 artículos con los resultados de las investigaciones de los zoólogos cubanos y sus colegas extranjeros por más de 50 años.

    The Revista Cubana de Geografía is a serial publication edited by the Instituto de Geografía Tropical with digital support ISSN 2305-6126, and RPNS: 2315. Its contents are of a scientific nature and its positioning guarantees visibility and dissemination of the results and products of the community of geographers in Cuba and the world. Contains materials related to Geography, Geomatics and the Environment. It is Open Access and unpublished articles that are not compromised in any other publication are processed.
