Evaluación de las relaciones de género mediante el modelo de balance social ICA-FLACSO-PC en una cooperativa no agropecuaria

Abstract

The ICA-FLACSO-PC Cooperative Social Balance model, designed in the fourth edition of the master's degree in cooperative management and development of the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences is composed of four intervention areas, “Cooperative Principles”; "Productive Economic"; "Gender Relations" and "Protection of the environment." This paper presents the results of its adaptation and implementation in the area of intervention "Gender Relations" in a non-agricultural cooperative. The methodology used involved a documentary review, participatory diagnoses, direct observations, sensitization workshops and individual and group interviews. The fundamental result is the adaptation of the ICA -FLACSO-PC Cooperative Social Balance Model for a new form of cooperative management, as well as the results of its implementation in the Non-Agricultural Cooperative “Waste Recycling”.
